Consent to the processing of personal data

• receiving additional services from the Company and its partners, including, but not limited to: consulting services, including for the purpose of subsequently concluding contracts/agreements with other persons;
• receiving a timely response to requests and inquiries related to goods and services provided by the Company and its partners;
• technical support, ensuring security, protection, updating and verification of personal data, improving the functions and services of the DAP161.RU website;
• technical support of information systems, including checking the correctness and integrity of data and timely elimination of errors in the database;
• implementation of monitoring, control of sales and servicing of Users by the Company;
• maintaining a single customer base and history of requests to service centers by the Company;
• optimization of interaction processes with Users, including after-sales service provided by the Company;
• determining production capacity needs;

3. I agree to receive informational mailings (advertising messages) from the Company containing advertisements of goods and services sold by the Company and its partners, using my contact information, including email address and mobile phone number (including linked accounts in WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc.).

4. The processing of my personal data is carried out both with the help of automation tools and without the use of such tools (by means of mixed processing).

To the extent necessary to achieve the goals specified in paragraph 2 of this Consent, the Company has the right to process my personal data in the following ways: collecting personal data using the official website DAP161.RU, recording (including recording on electronic media), systematization, accumulation, storage, compilation of lists, marking, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

6. This Consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the moment it is provided until the achievement of the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of this Consent.

7. This Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time by submitting an application to the Company in simple written form. The Company shall cease processing personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the said revocation. In the event of revocation of Consent to the processing of personal data, the Company shall have the right to continue processing personal data in the absence of this Consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data";

8. I am aware that I have the right to contact the Company with a request to stop distributing advertising messages to me. The Company is obliged to immediately ensure the cessation of information mailings (advertising messages) containing advertising of goods and services sold by the Company and its partners to my contact information.

9. I am aware that I have the right to contact the Company with a written request to receive information regarding the processing of my personal data (in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

10.
